Dammam, a strategic city in Saudi Arabia, is set to be the largest urban development in the Eastern province with a mega project spread across 5.6 million square meters. The district, designed and developed by the Saudi-based developer Adel Real Estate, will comprise of five expansive residential neighborhoods with a capacity of approximately 50,000 inhabitants.
The initial plan envisions a neighborhood with a range of facilities such as residential buildings, office spaces, mosques, shopping malls and retail centers, health centers, educational and recreational facilities, as well as creativity and innovation incubators and green spaces such as Adel Park. The project’s blueprint, released by the developer, is set to be up for auction in the first quarter of 2024.
Adel District’s West Boulevard will be a commercial district that will support the growth of its markets, shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes. The developer announced that key infrastructure and public works are already in place with water, electricity, lighting, roads, telephone, rainwater drainage, and sewage networks.
The district will house an estimated 50,000 people, making it a mixed-use planned development perfect for investors who seek to build business communities. The goal is to provide residents and businesses with a sustainable and innovative district with ample green spaces for relaxation and recreation, making it one of the most significant urban developments in Saudi Arabia, according to Adel Real Estate.
